Guidelines for Abstract Submission:
Abstract should be of 400 words either for general conference of for the Research Scholars’ Forum dealing with the subject. General Conference papers must be no longer than twenty (20) minutes. In Research Scholars’ Forum, research scholars may have presentations of ten minutes on their research topics which may not be necessarily on the Conference theme.
All proposals should contain: author (including Presenting Author, Second Author, and Corresponding Author. Name of the supervisor should not be included; title; around 400 words abstract in the following format:
- Title of the Abstract
- Abstract: First 2-3 sentences of the abstract should highlight the prior work and need of the study. One or two sentences should highlight the objectives of the studies. Next 4-5 sentences should be related to the methods employed various research protocols followed by display of key research findings in a succinct form. One or two sentences for a brief discussion will be appreciated. The final part should be an attempt to conclude the research. The abstract should not exceed 400 words in total.
- Key words: Provide 4-5 key words for the research.
- Intended forums [i.e., General Conference, or Research Scholars Forum];
- Indication of technical facilities; brief biographical note of the author (not more than 150 words) and e-mail address.
- The abstract will be accepted ONLY after peer-review. Strict adherence to the submission guidelines is to be observed.
- Abstract in Word File typed in 12 point Times Roman/ Arial fonts will be accepted. PDF files will not be accepted.
नोट: उपरोक्त दिशानिर्देशों का पालन करते हुए हिन्दी में लिखे हुए एब्स्ट्रेक्ट स्वीकार किए जा सकते हैं। हिन्दी में लिखे हुए एब्स्ट्रेक्ट के साथ उसका अँग्रेजी अनुवाद होना आवश्यक है ताकि ज़्यादा से ज़्यादा सहभागी समझ सकें।
हिन्दी में लिखे हुए एब्स्ट्रेक्ट केवल वर्ड फ़ाइल में यूनिकोड फॉन्ट में ही टाइप किए होने चाहिए। पीडीएफ़ फ़ाइल तथा अन्य किसी फॉन्ट में लिखे एब्स्ट्रेक्ट स्वीकार नहीं किए जाएंगे ।
